SELL TO US TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. If you are interested in selling to us, you can fill in our FORM. Once we receive your request we may then require additional clear photos of items. Along with a detailed description and all information you have. If you would rather send us an email the email subject field should be ITEM FOR SALE. Emails without this title in the subject field might not be reviewed.

  2. Email your items to sales@joshuabradleyluxury.com For jewellery you can arrange an appointment which suits you and get your items appraised in no time. For large collections we can arrange appointments out of business hours. If you wish to send us jewellery or a watch then please get in touch with us to arrange quick and easy insured postage.​
     

  3. Please DO NOT post your items without our request. Unsolicited items will not be accepted or reviewed. Please note that any UNSOLICITED items will be sent back at the sender's expense and with proof of ownership, so please do not send unless approved.
    ​

  4. IN ORDER FOR US TO PURCHASE your items, you must provide a valid DVLA-issued driver's license or Photo ID and one form of PROOF OF ADDRESS. We cannot buy any item without a valid and current form of identification.

SELLING PRECIOUS METAL

  1. Contact and Pre-Approval:
    Customers must contact Joshua Bradley Luxury in advance before sending any precious metal items for sale. Items sent to Joshua Bradley Luxury without prior contact and approval will not be reviewed. Unapproved items will be returned to the owner at their expense, and proof of ownership must be provided.
     

  2. ​Inspection Process:
    All precious metal items will undergo a comprehensive inspection process upon receipt. The inspection process includes a hands-on examination to assess the purity of the precious metal. Joshua Bradley Luxury reserves the right to use additional testing methods, such as acid tests, if deemed necessary for accurate assessment.
     

  3. ​Acceptance Criteria:
    Precious metal items will be accepted based on their compliance with Joshua Bradley Luxury's standards and policies. Joshua Bradley Luxury reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet the specified criteria.
     

  4. Pricing and Valuation:
    The valuation of precious metal items will be determined based on current market prices and Joshua Bradley Luxury's pricing policies. Customers will be informed of the valuation results, and the final sale amount will be mutually agreed upon.
     

  5. Payment:
    Payment will be made to the customer upon agreement of the final sale amount. Payment methods are made by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
     

  6. Return Policy:
    If a customer disagrees with the valuation or chooses not to proceed with the sale, Joshua Bradley Luxury will return the items.
     

  7. Privacy and Confidentiality:
    Joshua Bradley Luxury respects customer privacy and maintains confidentiality regarding all personal and transaction information.
     

  8. Amendments to Terms:
    Joshua Bradley Luxury reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to customers.
     

  9. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

 

By submitting precious metal items to Joshua Bradley Luxury, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.​

30-DAY BUY-BACK TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Buy-Back Agreement

    • This service allows customers to sell their luxury goods to Joshua Bradley Luxury with the option to buy them back within 30 days.

    • This is not a loan or credit agreement. Ownership of the item transfers to Joshua Bradley Luxury at the time of the transaction.
       

  2. Buy-Back Fee

    • Customers can repurchase their item within 30 days by paying the original sale amount plus a 25% administration fee.

    • If the item is not bought back within 30 days, ownership remains with Joshua Bradley Luxury.
       

  3. Extended Buy-Back Option

    • If a customer requires more time, they may extend the buy-back period for one additional 30-day term by paying the 25% administration fee.

    • This extension must be requested before the initial 30-day period expires.

    • The maximum total buy-back period is 60 days (30 days + one extension).
       

  4. Failure to Repurchase

    • If the item is not bought back within the agreed timeframe (30 or 60 days if extended), the item will become the permanent property of Joshua Bradley Luxury, and no further claims can be made.
       

  5. Condition of Items

    • Items must remain in the same condition as when originally sold. Joshua Bradley Luxury is not responsible for any depreciation in value during the buy-back period.
       

  6. Non-Transferable Agreement

    • The buy-back agreement applies only to the original seller and cannot be transferred to another party.
       

  7. No Obligation to Repurchase

    • Customers are under no obligation to buy back their item. However, failure to do so within the agreed period will result in permanent loss of ownership.
       

  8. Additional Terms

    • Joshua Bradley Luxury reserves the right to refuse any item for a buy-back agreement.

    • All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued.

    • By using this service, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.

EXTENDED BUY-BACK TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility for Extension

    • Customers who have entered a 30-day buy-back agreement may request a one-time extension of an additional 30 days.

    • The extension request must be made before the initial 30-day period expires.

    • Extensions are granted at the sole discretion of Joshua Bradley Luxury.
       

  2. Extension Fee

    • To extend the buy-back period, the customer must pay a non-refundable 25% administration fee based on the original sale amount.

    • This fee must be paid in full at the time of the extension request.
       

  3. Maximum Buy-Back Period

    • The maximum buy-back period is 60 days total (30 days + one 30-day extension).

    • No further extensions will be granted beyond this period.
       

  4. Failure to Repurchase After Extension

    • If the item is not bought back within the extended 30-day period, ownership of the item will permanently transfer to Joshua Bradley Luxury.

    • No refunds, credits, or further claims can be made once the extended period expires.
       

  5. Condition of Items

    • The item must remain in the same condition as when originally sold. Joshua Bradley Luxury is not responsible for any changes in value during the buy-back period.
       

  6. Non-Transferability

    • The extension applies only to the original seller and cannot be transferred to another party.
       

  7. No Guarantee of Repurchase

    • The customer is under no obligation to repurchase the item, but failure to do so within the extended period will result in permanent loss of ownership.
       

  8. Final Agreement

    • By requesting an extension, the customer agrees to these terms.

    • Joshua Bradley Luxury reserves the right to refuse extensions at its discretion.

ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

By engaging in any transaction with Joshua Bradley Luxury, you agree to the following anti-fraud terms and conditions:
 

  1. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

    • Joshua Bradley Luxury strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations to prevent fraud and financial crime.

    • We reserve the right to request identification, proof of address, or additional verification documents before processing any transaction. Failure to provide requested documents may result in transaction cancellation.
       

  2. Bank Transfers & Payment Verification

    • All bank transfers must originate from an account registered in the customer's full legal name. We do not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.

    • Payments received from unknown or unverified accounts will be held pending investigation and may be reversed or refused if fraudulent activity is suspected.

    • If a transaction is flagged for fraud, we reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities and withhold any funds or items until the matter is resolved.
       

  3. Credit & Debit Card Transactions

    • Payments made via credit or debit card must be completed using a card registered in the customer’s name and billing address.

    • We reserve the right to request additional verification, such as photo identification and proof of billing address, before processing large or high-value transactions.

    • Any chargebacks or disputed transactions deemed fraudulent will be pursued legally, and the customer may be liable for additional costs, including legal and administrative fees.
       

  4. Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity

    • If we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, unauthorised transactions, or misrepresentation of ownership, we reserve the right to:
      a. Cancel or suspend the transaction without notice.
      b. Report the matter to the police, financial institutions, and fraud prevention agencies.
      c. Retain any goods, funds, or documentation until the investigation is completed.
       

  5. Counterfeit & Stolen Goods

    • Customers must warrant that any item(s) sold or bought back are authentic, rightfully owned, and not stolen or counterfeit.

    • If an item is later found to be stolen or counterfeit, Joshua Bradley Luxury will:
      a. Report the matter to law enforcement and cooperate with any investigation.
      b. Return the item to the relevant authorities and not the seller.
      c. Require the customer to refund any money paid for fraudulent or misrepresented goods.
       

  6. Customer Responsibility & Legal Action

    • Any individual attempting fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorised transactions will be subject to legal action, including civil claims for damages and criminal prosecution.

    • Joshua Bradley Luxury reserves the right to ban individuals suspected of fraud from future transactions.
       

  7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

    • Any fraudulent activity detected will be reported in compliance with UK fraud prevention laws, and customer data may be shared with relevant authorities.

    • We handle all customer data securely and in line with GDPR and data protection regulations.
       

  8. Final Agreement & Governing Law

    • This policy forms part of the contractual agreement between you and Joshua Bradley Luxury.

    • Any disputes or fraudulent matters will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with legal proceedings taking place in English courts.
